You'll need a mod gmail and a neocities account for the rules and taken. Use the resources available for html. Don't be afraid to steal things from existing comms because nobody expects or really wants you to reinvent the wheel. Have some kind of plan in place for how you are going to keep track of activity as a mod. Advertise but don't be the first to apply because people will assume the first apps are the mods. Protect your ic identity as much as you can. And most importantly don't do it because it's never worth it and it will make you hate rp and everyone on this server.
