It's really demoralizing because people don't really understand that modding a comm on this server is really a part time job every day because people ask all sorts of stupid questions or need help on top of adds and removals and general comm maintenance which are a lot of work. There are always multiple people in the comm who think they can run things better than you but don't actually volunteer to help or take on any responsibility but they WILL blow up your inbox telling you how much you suck. And if people even think they know who you are ic they will take it out on your characters ic too and they think that the mods should also be the most active people in the comm despite all the additional work too. I've modded comms in the past and regretted it every time.
