Wouldn't that be amazing? Sadly, it's all up to our minds to figure out when we decided to let go of that habit. I would suggest checking out or discussing CBT therapy with your therapist.

Thank you, anon. I haven't had the best experience with CBT so far, but I may just be putting too much pressure on myself to "do" and "win" therapy. I appreciate your comment.
