In my experience people don't lie about insignificant things like that without a reason. Not saying op is the reason. And getting upset over insignificant lies isn't healthy for op either.

Different anon here but I promise you people like that exist and I've encountered a couple on this server myself. You could be the chillest slp on the planet and they'll still lie to preemptively cover their ass (or because they're compulsive, but either way it's not fun for the other person).
