I used all my favorite names for characters over my rp career and now I'm hitting a major wall on names for my actual baby.

What is stopping you from using the name of a fake character for a real baby if it's one you love? It's not like once you've written a name it can never be used again.

I named my son the same as a middle name I used for an RP baby. Not a big deal and I never make the association tbh.
