That's what I think too Anon. It's clear she has a real problem and she should seek help but shouting at her isn't helpful either. I could see if it was constructive but it's not.

If shouting abuse about something fixed the problem, then there'd be no more shouting abuse about it. It's the same for anything - fat shaming, skinny shaming, etc etc. The whole point is it's not constructive, it's just meant to demean and belittle the person, and it makes the other person (or group) feel better. This is why I find it so sad, even if other anons have said this may be her getting money for some kind of fetish. It's still a human at the end of the day and she's got big problems, I feel for her.
